yay today was 2.4 ahaha. it was okayy lah, i got timing 15.29 (: haha i know im much much slower than many many many ppl out there, but still! im satisfied! xD i think i got a B yay. thats an improvement from last yr. and i think last yr i ran almost the same timing o__O but anyway! (:
haha i feel so accomplished and happy lah! whee xP i think i ran a total of 9+ rounds today haha! its like, immediately after the 5 3/4 rounds feel damn tired, then rest for like 15min liddat, then feel so shuang alrd! like FEEL LIKE RUNNING SOMEMORE xD so i ran with:
